from the weekend...

since i often forget to take pictures of our outtings, and partly because randy's not a huge fan of taking pictures, i have a few to dump on you this week since i actually got some pictures!

on saturday night we went to a 1920s inspired Valentine Dinner hosted by our church. i tried to kind of dress close to the time period but not too silly looking. :) i even spent a VERY long time trying to give myself a 20s hairstyle, but it didn't work out too well.

 sunday afternoon was beautiful! we drove a little south to an historic village in arroyo grande, california. the shops and streets were so cozy. oh, and we tried TWO NEW COFFEE SHOPS! my favorite part of going to a new town!! this town had some lovely parks and this cute brdge as well. we looked in some adorable boutiques and antique shops, though i half sped through it so i wouldn't bore randy too much. it was a nice relaxing day and oh, so pretty!!
